Male
Grey upperparts, black wings and white panel on the base of primaries. White underparts from throat to vent. Roseate bill. No other Sporophila with the same pattern in Pantanal. Female is brown, a bit more paler and tending to chestnut on underparts. The individual sings several times in the sequence.
