Male and female
The male is very striking, silver grey with pure white underparts and neck, brown head and nape with a white stripe penetrating through the sides of the neck to behind the auriculars. Green speculum and bluish bill. Yellowish vent and black infracaudal region, with long and pointed tail. The female is vey cryptic, completely brown, mantaining the bluish bill and green speculum, but duller.
