Geographic variation
Of the 13 recognized subspecies, here are shown two. The videos from Brazil belong to the nominal one, while is ridgwayi which occurs in Costa Rica. The variation is restricted to small and indistinguishable differences in size, coloration and extension of streaked in underparts.
