Size: Between 18 cm (Square-tailed Drongo, Dicrurus ludwigii) and 56 cm (Ribbon-tailed Drongo, Dicrurus megarhynchus).
Distribution: Afrotropical, Oriental and Australasian Regions. Sedentary.
Habitat: Dense and open forests, savanna, scrubland.
Feeding: Mainly insects. Also invertebrates, fruits and nectar.
Breeding: Vegetal cup anchored in a tree fork with spider web. 2-5 eggs. Incubation 15-17 days.
