Habitat In The Gambia it ocurrs in the west division, Tanjil beach constitutes an adecuate habitat, with kilometers of sand surface with low disturbance level and sand bars inside the sea, which they use to rest with low tide. They generally feed at the sea, making continuous search flights close to the shore. They also penetrate in the river to fish.
