Male
Very contrasted plumage, pure black cap and auriculars, with a white mark in front of the eye, black collar which contrasts with the white throat and the chestnut nape. Pale chestnut abdomen and vent, black upperparts. Female is brown, lacking the contrasted pattern of males.
