Adult
Brown upperparts, with black and white wings. Grey head and neck with white crown. White underparts from throat to vent. Yellow bill with black tip and yellow wattles hanging from both sides of the base. Black carpal spurs. Sexes very similar and no seasonal variation. Juveniles with shorter wattles and spurs, brown crown and dirty upperparts.
