Adult
Chestnut crown and nape and white throat, which separates it from the rest of members of the family. Broad black mask with small white marks in front of the eyes. Black semicollar, grey flanks and white vent. Greenish upperparts. Juvenile has the chestnut and greenish more brown, and ochraceous throat and vent.
