Geographical variation
Two subspecies are shown, in this sequence and the rest of the videos from Brazil, it is heterogyna, in the videos from Costa Rica it is melanogenia. Both are very similar, without significant differences, only subtle variations in tone of the green-blue of head or the rufous of vent.
